Cómo dice mi amigo Gustavo de Puerto-Rico, "el Chorizo no es cuestión de tamaño".
¡Vaya conversación mantuvimos ayer al respeto de este delicioso manjar!
Pasamos horas chateando y hablando de todo un símbolo nacional de este país.
Bueno, no sólo de este, de muchos otros también.
De vez en cuando iré repasando las maravillas culinarias de todos los países en los que estoy o estaré; que si hay una cosa que se hace en todas partes es ¡disfrutar de buenas comilonas!
En fín, ¿cómo? hablar de España y de mi vida en ella sin hablar de la tortilla de patata, del gazpachito, o de mis bocadillitos de chorizo...
Spanische Gastronomie
Einer der größten Anziehungspunkte Spaniens ist zweifellos seine Küche, die dank der Qualität und Vielfalt ihrer Produkte zu den besten der Welt zählt.
Essen ist in Spanien eines der angenehmsten Rituale des Alltags.
Innerhalb der großen Produktauswahl sticht der Chorizo, eine rote Wurst aus Schweinefleisch und Pfeffer, hervor.
Warum sollte das Symbol diese Landes der chorizo und nicht die tortilla de patata, oder der gazpacho andaluz, sein? Tja, schwer zu sagen.
So ist es aber, ein Spanier braucht es einfach, sonst wäre er kein echter Spanier mehr.

Un Chorizo nommé Désir...
Vous faire partager mon penchant pour un simple saucisson pourrait paraître fort embarassant aux yeux de certains.
Tant pis! Je me lance. Je l'aime passionément... je l'adore... je ne pourrai guère m'en passer.
Et je ne suis point seul, tout ce pays le vénère,... et le savoure.
Je ne pouvais bien sûr oublier dans mes chroniques de parler également de gastronomie.
Une bonne tortilla de patata, un gazpacho andalúz, ou le rudimentaire, mais toujours efficace, bocadillo de chorizo...
Tout un symbole, mais de qualité!
Oui, en Espagne aussi, on mange très, très bien!

No, boy. Only its good taste, origin, flavour, smell, but, for sure, not its size...
Yeap, this dish is obviously one of the main examples of this country's unbelievable and absolute passion for food.
